Beach Towel Thickness

Please keep in mind that towels typically double in "thickness" after a few washes.  You can see from our example below that 6 Hello Kitty towels measured 5 inches in height before washing, and over 10 and a half inches after two washes.  The towels were folded exactly the same way after washing.  

Beach towel manufacturers often compress their towels to save room for storage and shipping.  Most towels you buy in the store have been "fluffed", but most towels that we ship have not.  Please email us if you have any questions about the thickness of our towels.
