JustBeachTowels.com is a family-owned business based in New Haven, Connecticut. We sell high-quality beach towels at low prices.

How thick are your towels?
You'll often hear towels described as thin, medium, or thick. Our towels are medium thickness so they provide adequate padding and protection from heat and cold, while folding up nicely to fit in a beach bag.

Where do your towels ship from?
Our towels ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

How do I place an order?
Using this website! Simply click on the towel of your choice and add it to your shopping cart. Once your shopping is done click on "checkout" and follow the instructions. Sign up for our newsletter to enjoy member privileges and receive the latest updates on products and sales.

How will the towels be delivered?
All Just Beach Towel products are shipped via UPS ground within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

What if I don't like the towel?
If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund within 2 business days of receipt.

How can I find out about new products and offers?
Subscribe to our newsletter and you will get all the latest product updates via email.

Is my information safe with Just Beach Towels?
Just Beach Towels will not sell your information to anyone. The information you provide is used solely to process orders. Your shipping address may be shared with a supplier if the towels will be shipped directly from that supplier. Your billing information is never shared.
